Quick Change Positions For Easy Adjusting

Both the multiple angle back pad adjustment and seat pad offer a pull pin adjustment feature that makes changing the degree of the incline. The pull pin can go from a near 90-degree angle for a smith machine shoulder press all the way to a flat bench for standard bench press movements. The varying incline positions will allow you to use dumbbells for a wide variety of exercises including rear delt raises, incline dumbbell curls, and shoulder side laterals.
