The rubber-coated steel handle and 14” or 20” strap attach to almost anything – cables, machines, bands or chains to put your grip to the test and put a fresh face on the movements you’ve been doing for years.

 

Dynamite Lats

Create a new stimulus and deep contraction to the lats by using the Dynamite Sticks to pull all the way through the body. This works even better with the Spud Inc. Lat Saw.

Use an open ended fixed position bar to experience a brutal lat and grip workout when doing pull ups.

 

Dynamite Triceps

Use a cable pulley or bands to perform overhead tricep presses, tricep presses, or lying tricep presses.

If you’re ready for a killer pump, attach the dynamite sticks to a set of chains to perform your lying tricep extensions. 

Dynamite Biceps

Perform hammer curls with a low pulley, bands, or chains to blast the long head of the biceps.
