The TORAY T700 Carbon Fiber is recognized as the highest quality carbon fiber, offering exceptional strength and durability. In contrast, most edgeless carbon fiber paddles on the market utilize a lower grade of carbon fiber or a sprayed-on grit.

Our T700 Raw Carbon Fiber weave is crafted with a distinctive textured fine frosted finish that endures longer and safeguards the grit from wearing out over time. This means that, unlike other raw carbon fiber T700 paddles, the texture on the UltraSpin E1 will not wear out quickly, and it seldom requires cleaning with an eraser or cleaner.

The paddle's 16mm thick polypropylene honeycomb core, paired with its edgeless Toray T700 Carbon Fiber surface, uniquely absorbs the ball's impact, unparalleled by other paddles. This innovative design is crucial for minimizing shot errors and ensuring the ball stays in play.

Unibody Design with Thermoformed Foam Grip Handle

Our grip handle features a unibody design with heat-pressed carbon fiber extending from the top of the paddle to the end of the handle, enhancing the paddle's strength and durability over those with handles attached to separate paddle faces.

The thermoformed foam grip enhances comfort and minimizes vibration. Additionally, the elongated, ergonomically shaped grip accommodates varied grip pressures and is advantageous for players who use a double backhand.

Meticulously Hand Finished

Every UltraSpin E1 paddle undergoes an extensive manufacturing process and is a work of art. In contrast to the majority of factory-machined edgeless paddles, this one is finished by hand. The use of T700 Carbon Fiber in an edgeless design means that the edge is carefully hand-finished and coated with a thick glossy paint, resulting in a seamless edge and a refined finish.

UltraSpin E1 Designer - Edgar’s Comments

As a 4.5+ player, the UltraSpin E1 paddle was tested with first good impressions. It was incredible for working dinks and drops while being very forgiving when it came to mis-hits/pop-ups. Felt natural for shaping my topspin and underspin shots.

Amazing for resets. Super-fast for hands battles. But I felt it was a little soft for my power strokes. Soon I learned to work my timing of the contact point with the ball for the most effective power stroke. Best power came with hitting with the paddle’s sweet spot.

My power shots became so strong, some players thought I was playing with a non-approved (illegal) paddle. I just had to adjust the timing of my power shot to maximize the power of the paddle. Using this paddle improved my ability to make better power strokes overall.

I sold out of my small initial run of the E1 paddle and players of various levels loved and purchased my paddle. Whether someone was a 2.5-3.0 player and/or advanced 3.5+ player, we loved how the paddle effortlessly kept the ball in play and reduced mis-hits.

Advanced 3.5-4.0 and even 4.5+ players utilized the paddle’s control to improve their precision and game overall. A nice bonus was that me and other players found the E1 paddle reduced tennis elbow. It was a noticeable difference compared to other paddles.
