WARRANTY POLICY

Our Warranty Policy applies to Better Body Sports (BBS) Pickleball Paddles Only. For Supplements and Apparel please refer to our Return Policy.

At BBS, we stand behind our pickleball products and offer a warranty for your confidence and satisfaction. We are a small business and it is important to us that the paddles we ship is of the highest quality and ready for you to use.

Please carefully read the warranty policy to understand the terms and conditions:

What’s Covered by the BBS Pickleball Paddle Warranty

BBS Paddles have a limited 360 Day structural warranty against manufacturer defects. What does that mean? It means that we warranty our BBS paddle from the edge guard suddenly coming loose or fall apart. Or if the paddle suddenly breaks/snaps in half suddenly while swinging and/or hitting the pickleball. This structural breakage warranty is valid with pickleball contact only and not in conjunction with hard contact of the ground, another person, another paddle, or anything other than the pickleball. That is not covered under warranty.

BBS Paddles have a limited 180 Day warranty on core materials, delamination and deformation. What does that mean? It means that we will warranty for 6 months against a crushed core, paddle delamination (separation of face and core materials) and deformation of the paddle (where the shape of the paddle would get deformed).

What’s NOT Covered by the BBS Pickleball Warranty

• Normal wear and tear, abuse, mis-use or negligence including edge guard, face, core materials and grip. 
• Impact with objects other than the pickleball, such as the ground or other paddles
• Using the paddle to hit objects other than pickleballs (such as playing with tennis balls)
• Excessive damage to the edge guard due to negligent/excessive impact with the ground
• Fading or normal wear of graphics on the paddle
• Purchases outside of BBS and its authorized resellers
• Replacement Paddles (Warranty is not covered with Replacement Paddles)
• Any paddle modifications
• Rattling or any wear that would not impact paddle performance.

PLEASE NOTE: Purchasers of the UltraSpin E1 edgless paddle are highly recommended to use edge guard tape to protect the edge from contact with the ground or objects other than the pickleball. Although it will not affect the UltraSpin E1 paddle performance, edge wear and damage is not covered under warranty.

BBS Warranty Claims

BBS Pickleball Paddle Warranty begins from the date of purchase as shown on your receipt.

BBS reserves the right to examine and approve all warranty claims. While most warranty claims will result to BBS sending you a paddle replacement free of charge, BBS also reserves the right to either replace, fix or refund the purchase at our discretion. BBS also reserves the right to update or modify its warranty policy at any time.

For Warranty Claims you must:
• Be the Original Purchaser
• Show Proof of Purchase with a Receipt
• Have photographic/video evidence of the Warranty Claim/Defect Issue
