Nothing feels better than a good night’s sleep. Besides feeling better, getting a good night’s sleep is necessary for attention span, reaction time, strength, energy, and to prevent weight gain.

What is a Sleep Supplement?
A sleep supplement isn’t as simple as calling it a pill that puts you to sleep. A sleeping pill may have ingredients that target several disruptions that are preventing you from going to sleep.

At Better Body Sports, we carry supplements that, while considered a sleeping aid, are much more comprehensive than that. We carry supplements with ingredients that help target the sleep problem that you may deal with.

Muscle Relaxation Supplements
It is pretty hard to go to sleep when your muscles are tense. Even if you fall asleep, deep sleep is near impossible if your body is moving all over the place as it tries to deal with the tension. In our sleep supplements you will find ingredients such as magnesium chelate.

Mind Relaxation Supplements
Our brains are pretty amazing muscles, as they can operate at a very high capacity. Unfortunately, for some of us, this high-powered machine doesn’t want to slow down when we decide it’s time for bed. For many of us, a racing mind is a serious problem.
